The successful candidate will need to be a hard and smart worker with an eye for detail whilst being able to see the bigger picture. The intern will earn a market related salary.
TUHF Limited is a specialist commercial property financing company focusing on low to moderate income rental housing and inner city areas. The company holds a 12-year track record of supporting ordinary South Africans to purchase, refurbish and or convert bad buildings in our country’s inner cities.
Qualifications:
- Actively completing/completed 3rd year or Honours degree with limited work experience.
Key Responsibilities
The position requires general support to the marketing and communications business function including assistance and support for:
- Events
- Publications such as brochures and the annual report
- Investor relations
- Website
- Signage installation
- Social media
- CRM and database administration
- Filing & correspondence
- Funder communication
- Brand strategy roll out
- Social media management and reporting
- Financial administration
The key requirements are:
- Excellent writing and communications skills
- Strong planning and organizing skills
- Data processing and analysis skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
- Attention to detail
- Independent and reliable
- Graphic design capability is an advantage (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)
- Photographic skills is an advantage
