Top asset manager requires client services consultant to assume 2 year contract. The purpose of this role is to provide excellent call centre support service to clients related to investment queries (unit trusts, retirement and life products) both telephonically, written and face to face.
Qualification
- BComm / BBusSci degree with investment / finance major
Competencies
- Must have strong attention to detail with thorough understanding of financial instruments
- Strong academic transcripts essential
- Must have excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Able to work under pressure within team environment
