Paarl Media Cape is currently seeking to appoint two Intern Administrators in the Occupational Health Clinic and the Health and Safety department in Cape Town.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Checking and distributing documents and correspondence
- Typing documents and correspondence
- Assist Despatch Manager with short term departmental project implementation
- Basic administration tasks
- Assist on enhancing Despatch operations performance:
- Assisting and guiding on the best operating practices for optimum output
- Carrying out administrative duties such as filling, typing, copying, binding, scanning, managing etc.
- Providing input and assisting with design specifications to improve Despatch efficiency
Requirements
- Diploma in Office Management and Technology or equivalent
- Management Assistant Diploma advantageous
- At least 1 year experience in an administrative role advantageous
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Methodical and through approach to work
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail orientated and works with a high degree of accuracy
- Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
- Highly organised and flexible
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft office
