Responsibilities
- Assisting leads and campaigns consultant with taking calls
- Loading new leads onto our property management system
- Dealing with telephonic and email enquiries on properties
- Assisting portfolio managers with admin work – lease vetting, reference and credit checks
- Assisting portfolio managers with viewings, inspection and lease handovers
- From mid November 2014 (after exams) for three to four months
Competencies
- Professional and friendly telephone manner and general demeanour
- Well spoken – English
- Able to promote the brand
- Computer literate
- Good attention to detail
