Our client, a prominent freight company, is seeking a dynamic and organized Personal Assistant to strengthen their growing team. If you have excellent administrative skills, love challenges, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this position is for you!

Personal Assistant

Location: Centurion

Salary: R10 000 – R15,000 per month (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Support with daily tasks and administrative duties.
  • Manage and coordinate schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Ensure that all documents and files are correctly stored and updated in a timely manner.
  • Payment Preparation: Assist with the preparation and processing of payments, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and timely.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all situations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and cooperation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • National Matric Certificate.
  • Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive and can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
