Join Our Team as a Learning & Development Manager!

Are you a passionate learning professional with experience in LMS implementation, accreditation, and training management? We are seeking a Learning & Development Manager to design, implement, and optimize impactful learning strategies that align with our business goals.

If you have a strong background in skills development, accreditation compliance, and employee training programs, this role is for you!


Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development Strategy

✔ Develop and execute learning and development strategies aligned with business objectives.
✔ Design and implement engaging, high-impact training programs for employees.
✔ Provide strategic oversight of unemployed and employed Learnerships and the YES Programme.

LMS & Training Implementation

✔ Manage and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS) for effective content delivery and learner engagement.
✔ Oversee the accreditation process, ensuring compliance with relevant training and education standards.
✔ Conduct skills audits and develop Workplace Skills Plans (WSPs) to meet compliance requirements.

Training Management & Compliance

✔ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring continuous improvement.
✔ Oversee the training approval process, ensuring alignment with company goals.
✔ Manage and track timeous vendor payments related to training and development.
✔ Ensure compliance with BBBEE Skills Development pillar by tracking, monitoring, and reporting training initiatives.

Stakeholder & Team Management

✔ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assess training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.
✔ Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
✔ Manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality training delivery.


Minimum Qualifications & Experience

📌 Education:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Training & Development, or a related field.

📌 Experience & Skills:
✔ Proven experience in learning design, facilitation, and LMS implementation.
✔ Strong knowledge of SDF functions, accreditation processes, and compliance reporting.
✔ Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
✔ Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and improve learning effectiveness.
