Position Title: IT Sales and Commercial Internship

Duration: 12 months contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling:Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce our managed cybersecurity solutions.
  • Client Engagement:Arrange and schedule meetings with prospective clients, ensuring a smooth handover to senior team members for in-depth discussions.
  • Follow-Up:Conduct follow-up calls and emails to maintain contact and build rapport with leads.
  • Technical Knowledge: Gain and apply a basic understanding of our cybersecurity solutions to address client questions and highlight product benefits.
  • Key Sale Point knowledge:Understand the product value propositions to facilitate the sale and objection handling.
  • Email Outreach:Craft and send tailored emails to potential clients who may be interested in our offerings.
  • CRM/Client Management:Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in our CRM/Client management system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and a strong client experience.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Passion for technology, especially Apple products, and a keen interest in sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with [specific CRM] is a plus).
