Responsibilities:
- Supports day-to-day credit management activities for assigned customers debt collection.
- Assist with month end activities and closing process for timely delivery.
- Preparation of monthly meetings with business units to analyze AR & overdue performance.
- Supports regular OTC process reviews to ensure adherence with Henkel’s corporate standards.
- Participates and proactively supports finance projects for example in the area of digitalization, CSR or process optimization.
- Supports the monthly standard reporting process. Assist in some controlling tasks if and when necessary.
- Tracking and steering of Compliance Self Audit and other operational KPIs (e.g. Overdue Invoice %, DSO reductions & other tasks assigned by the team etc.).
- Regional and Local interaction with projects within Finance.
Requirements:
- Must have National Diploma / Degree in: Finance, Accounting or related field
