Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance regarding Employee Personal files, Staffing Blueprint, and compilation of relevant information for new starter files.
- Coordinate staff recruitment & selection process in order to ensure a timely organized & comprehensive procedure is used to hire the correct caliber employee. Seamless integration of all new employees via onboarding program.
- Extract, analyze & evaluate data to ascertain trends, anomalies & exceptions. Collates reports / reconciliations for further processing.
- Ensure employee training needs are met and relevant recording of said information.
- Ensure compliance with regards to HR Legislation,
- Ensure adherence to Labour Legislation in terms of the Disciplinary Code, Policies, procedures
- Inspire the Clarins Culture via the RACAP Values
- Team Effectiveness: Acts in a conducive way to create a motivational environment for the department. Operates as a high performing cross-functional individual.
Requirements:
- South African Citizen
- Grade 12 / Matric Essential
- Degree or Diploma in: HR / Human Resources
- Strong organisation sills
- Strong attention to detail
- Great problem solving skills
- Excel at a minimum of Intermediate level
- Outlook, Power Point & Word required
