Bamboo Digital Projects is looking for an IT Support Intern who will work closely with the Operations team to ensure that the organisation’s IT Support needs are catered for.

Requirements:

• The candidate should be pursuing or have completed a degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
• A minimum of 1 year of work experience
• The candidate should be able to communicate effectively with team members, management and other stakeholders. They should also be able to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members and clients.
• The candidate should be able to analyse data and user behaviour, develop insights and make driven decisions to improve our organisation’s operational efficiency and security.
• The candidate should be able to manage their time effectively and meet deadlines.
• The candidate should be able to work collaboratively with other team members.
• The candidate should have a positive attitude and be willing to learn and take on new challenges.
• The candidate should be self-motivated and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• The candidate should have a strong desire to learn and keep up with the latest trends and technologies in the field of Operations.
• The candidate should have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
