JHI is one of South Africa’s biggest and most successful Property Management Companies. We are looking for an Intern to join us for a 12 month period in Bellville. You will gain experience in a professional environment, liaising with many different parties, within the Finance & Accounting field.
Working in a small team, you will become exposed to all facets of Property Finance Accounting. After an initial training period you will be responsible for your own Client / portfolio. You will become well versed in maintaining long term tenant and property manager relationships
Requirements
- You must be a recent B.Comm graduate.
- You should be a strong communicator, confident and eager to learn.
- MS Office skills essential. Computer literacy is important as you will be using a property management program, Nicor and/or SAP.
- Financial skills, customer focus and quality, methodical in nature, shows initiate.
- Some on the job work experience will be a recommendation
