Fasset seeks to place 600 learners from public TVET Colleges who meet their minimum requirements, with employers in the Fasset sector (i.e. Financial, Accounting, Management, Consulting and other Financial Services).
Only learners in the following disciplines may apply:
- Financial Management
- Business Management
- Marketing Management
- HR Management, and
- Management Assistant
Requirements:
- Learners must be Black African. in line with Fasset’s strategic transformation objectives:
- Must be South African citizens;
- Have successfully completed the theory component (N4, N5 and N6 certificates) in one of the above specialisations: and
- Have a minimum average pass percentage of 50%.
Fasset will reimburse participating employers for the monthly stipend and travel allowance for each learner selected for participation in this project, for the 18 month period of their placement.
The monthly stipend and travel allowance will be paid according to a standard schedule as required by Fasset.
