The University of KwaZulu-Natal is looking for an HR Graduate to join its as a Generalist HR person at Edgewood, Howard College & Pietermaritzburg Campus. The Human Resources Graduate is expected to provide consultation and program delivery of all human resources (recruitment, selection, training, development, labour relations) and equity programs, as well as a functional leadership and self management.

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and/or Industrial Psychology and related disciplines;
- Advantage: A post-graduate qualification in Human Resource Management/Industrial Psychology and related disciplines.
- A minimum of 1 year Generalist Human Resources experience, or internship/experiential training.
