Danone Southern Africa, a subsidiary of Danone, is looking for an HR Graduate in Boksburg, Gauteng. Key areas of responsibility:
- Provide recruitment administrative support to HRBP & HRM
- Scheduling of interviews and assessments for candidates
- Ensure the new employee information pack is completed and accurate information provided to Payroll
- Capture all new employee information onto the WINGS, SHARE and/or VIP system
- Confidential filing and storage of all HR documents
- Update change forms when required
- Administrative support such as typing, filing
- Administer new employees, movements and exits on the HR system
- Provide monthly reporting to HRM
- Scheduling of disciplinary hearings, grievances etc. when necessary
- Coordinate and manage all employee wellness events
- Place orders for PPE
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Human Resource or BSC Hons qualification is an advantage
- 0 – 1 year experinece in FMCG
- Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- High level of integrity
