CSM Intern – Client Services Management, Century City
An international telecommunications company is looking for an IT Graduate / Business Administration / Business Management graduate to join their Client Services Management Department.
Minimum Requirements for the role
- Must have an IT / Business Administration / Business Management degree
- Intermediate to strong PC operating skills
- Needs to have strong written skills in English
- Intermediate to strong Microsoft Office Suite experience. Must be comfortable and experienced in using MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook. Very strong MS Excel experience is preferred.
- Ability to meet tight reporting deadlines
- Ability to perform arithmetic calculations and mathematical formulas in Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize requests
