The purpose of this position is to ensure that all claims are assessed using the appropriate rules and is paid correctly in line with the Bestmed benefit and tariff structures. Responsibilities
Claims Assessment:
- Assess claims within the required timeframe.
- Ensure high standard of quality of work assessed.
Any other relevant tasks that may fall within area of expertise or knowledge that may be required:
Daily reporting to Supervisor on personal performance
Relationship and development:
- Building and maintaining interpersonal relationships with co-workers.
- Personal development, up skilling and assessments to ensure growth
Requirements
- Matric with maths as a subject
- Computer literate (MS Excel, Word & Outlook)
Key measurement metrics comprise of:
- Timeous response to tasks
- Completion of projects
- Quality of input and output
