Pay: R7 000,00 per month
- To manage the end-to-end administration process within the Field Operations department.
- Strong ability to listen and communicate with a diverse set of people.
- Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage own time and cope effectively whilst under pressure.
- Accurate report writing skills.
- Drive team performance and ensure deadlines are met well within the required period.
- Strong analytical skills on non-performing contractors and implement action plans to drive collection targets/performance.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Drive voluntary surrender targets through the various performance reports as well as regular telephonic follow-up.
- Understand and apply the standards set out in all legislation that affects the customer/contractor.
- Strong ability to resolve queries and customer complaints.
- Actively and consistently maintain high standards of professionalism in all aspects of personal presentation and delivery.
- Strong decision-making ability and taking accountability for those decisions.
- Identify opportunities and take action.
- Customer-centric and team player.
- May occasionally work outside normal working and/or extended trading hours.

Requirements:
- Candidates are required to have Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year Administration and leadership experience
- Ability to speak multiple South-African languages advantageous.
- Microsoft Office: Intermediate Level
