ADvTECH Graduate Internship 2018

Advtech will be running an Internship in February 2016, and they need to employ 10 learners. As learner you will be trained in the fields of recruitment and sales. You will undergo a training course for two weeks there after you will be based in a training branch where you will have the advantage of having a training team to help, guide and coach you on the job. Please note that this role is based in Gauteng.

Advtech Resourcing is a JSE listed company that is a market leader in the niched recruitment sector.

You will be trained on the following key aspects of the job:

• Composing adverts
• Response handling CV’s
• Screening candidates
• Sourcing candidates via various platforms
• Cold calling
• Business development
• Marketing candidates to clients
• Candidate and client liaison
• The full recruitment sales process

After three months if you have met the criteria you contract will be extended for three more months, where you will be based in a recruitment sales branch, if at the end of the contract you have been successful you will be made permanent, and we will pay for you  to be trained and wright the ISP examination where you will be recognised as a professional recruiter with  the Association of Personnel Services of South Africa.

Requirements

The ideal candidates should have:

• A tertiary qualification (preferably HR, Industrial psychology, Marketing, Business management and economics)
• A track record of achievements (Academic, Sporting, Cultural or Professional)
• Must be unemployed
